The Ethos
We began on a local basis 10 years ago but now attract
customers from all over the UK and some from overseas. We know most of our customers on a personal basis and treat each one
with respect, making many friends along the way.
A large proportion of our new
customers come to us by personal recommendation, so we continue with our aim of giving even better
service and value.
Prices
Being small does not stop us from
being competitive. Please compare our prices with those of PC World, or of any well-known high street
refiller and you will see that we offer exceptional value for money. Plus, we give free delivery
(subject to a £10 minimum), either locally by hand or further afield by post.

Ordering
We trust you find the site easy to navigate. You can't order online so please phone for personal service. Alternatively you can order
by email but if you choose this method, please be sure to include your name, address and phone details - you would
be surprised how many forget.
If you don't know which cartridge you need for your printer we will find out for you. Also, if you don't
find the one you want - we may well be able to get it for you. New lines are being added all the time.
Payment
We accept cash on
delivery as well as cheques. If you like to bank online you can pay by bank transfer or through Paypal - please ask
for details.
Opening Hours
As our regular customers know - we don't have set hours. Working from home means a flexible lifestyle but
a committed one. If we are in we are open for business. It is rare for no-one to be around at all so if you get
